3. An alleged geographical area in which he claims to reside -- Must include the town or city.

If he’s not willing to give you at least the above information -- forgeddaboudit! Don’t waste your time. Go no further. You’ve got a total loser there!

Next -- run this basic background information through this series of powerful Internet databases. This data will normally not show up on Web search engines, including Google.

These databases will have information on your guy if: He’s ever paid taxes, State, local, or federal – If he’s ever paid a gas or electric bill, or a telephone or cell phone bill, or a cable bill. If he’s ever owned property, including a home or condo. If he’s ever used a credit card or even applied for credit. In short, these data bases will have information on this guy unless he recently moved here from another galaxy – OR – unless he’s given you a phony name..
