Who’s He Been Messing With Online?

Unless he’s a newbee on the networking or dating site on which you met him -- or has just been sitting there watching -- you should find out plenty about what he’s been doing with this search.

For this little exercise in sophisticated snooping you’re going to be using Google Advanced Search in a special way. The link to Advanced Search is down near the bottom of the page, but first, the special instructions:

In the second box down of the Google Advanced Search form – the one that says: “this exact wording or phrase:” enter his user name or what he claims to be his real name.

Note: User names often get better results on Google than do actual names simply because they’re more unique.

Then, in the very last box at the bottom of the form, the one that says: “Search within a site or domain”: enter the name of the site you found him on. Example: match.com or love.com or whatever. com, etc.

Finally, click on the Advanced Search button find out everything that he been doing on that site -

One more thing:

It’s possible that he’s been using that same user name on other sites. So, when you’ve finished the Advanced Search of that site, just click here for the Google main page and enter his user name or real name – this will check the name out on all the other web sites --

Tip: Unless you are prepared to spend the next month or so searching each of the below sites trying to find some guy, we suggest that you first search do a fast search of his name on some or all one of the following 7 sites:

Google Advanced
Search
Facebook
MySpace
Yahoo Personals
Google Blog Search
Plenty of Fish
Twitter.

Enter his name in each, looking in particular for user names that you can then enter into Google Advanced Search. Find one of his user names and Google Advance will usually open a whole bag of worms – profiles in places that you never dreamed existed.
