he’s married his wife almost surely has to co-sign on all his loans –
car loans, truck loans, mortgages, leases, etc. The link below will enable you
to discover essentially all this guy's debts other than credit cards and real
estate mortgages.
These debts include liens against cars, trucks,
boats, planes, machinery, fixtures, furnitiure, equipment of all kinds, etc. The
liens are known as UCC's and are administered by the Secretaries of State on a
state by state basis.
Each site will have a link that permits
you to seach for UCC listings by entering the debtor's name. Check for his wife’s
name on the UCC’s.
